About Us

We are a small regenerative farm devoted to growing fresh, deeply nourishing vegetables and thoughtfully cultivated specialty cut flowers using organic, chemical-free practices. Every crop is grown in harmony with the land — prioritizing soil health, biodiversity, and seasonal rhythms — so our produce is harvested at peak vitality and our flowers are vibrant, long-lasting, and truly local.

Our offerings shift with the seasons and reflect the natural abundance of each harvest — from nutrient-dense vegetables grown for exceptional flavor and quality, to elegant, hand-tied bouquets designed with intention and care. Through soil-building methods and mindful cultivation, we strive to create a farm ecosystem that gives back more than it takes.

“I started with a windowsill of houseplants and ended up with five acres of farmland. Funny how passion works.”

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Janeen found her way to San Diego after graduating from Bowling Green State University — and there, something shifted. She fell in love with the organic farm movement: a culture of small growers woven into wellness, food, and environmental stewardship. At one point she had over 100 houseplants, and when 2020 arrived and the world went quiet, her personal garden became a lifeline.

What started as a reason to get outside blossomed into something she couldn’t ignore. As her passion deepened, Janeen and her husband made a bold decision: sell everything, buy an RV, and spend two years traveling across 40 states in search of the place they’d put down roots.

They fell in love with the Greenville area, and in 2025 purchased 5 acres in Belton, SC — and immediately started building the farm of their dreams. Fields of Abundance is that dream, rooted in the belief that growing food and flowers is one of the most meaningful things a person can do.
